2003 Pontiac Montana SE (extended version) - We have decided to sell our van. We have been the only owners of it. It has been a dependable vehicle with lots of room for kids, pets, hauling, etc - but as our kids are getting older we no longer need that much room and have decided to down-size. It was almost fully loaded for the year. It has a red exterior, grey cloth interior.
- It has never been smoked in, and I don't believe there are any noticeable stains, rips or tears on any of the seats. Other than some scratches in the cargo area from hauling things, and some normal wear and tear, the interior is in good shape.
- The exterior is also in good shape other than some minor rock chips and scratches. The windshield has some cracks and chips, but none in the way of the driver.
- It has about 185,000 kms on it - largely highway driving.
- 3.4 L/V6 engine.
- Front wheel drive.
- The headlights can be set to automatically come on when it gets dark. There are also fog lights.
- The van has a battery saving feature where it will turn off lights, etc after 10 minutes if they are accidentally left on.
- It seats 7. There are two bucket seats in the front, and two bucket seats in the middle row. The back seat is a bench and seats 3. The back seat folds forward for extra storage, and the centre row seats can be folded forward or removed. The driver's seat is fully adjustable.
- There is overhead storage and a couple of storage compartments in the back along with storage spaces on the doors and the back of the front seats. There are also alot of cup holders! 2 in front, 2 in the middle, and 2 in back. There are also cup holders in each of the front doors. If you travel with the middle seats folded forward there are also two more on the backs of them (sortof like a table). The rear storage area also had a large storage compartment built into the floor.
- It has a factory built-in DVD system with remote and wireless headphones. It also has a factory stereo/CD player, with steering wheel controls. There are also audio controls in the back seat.
- One of the side doors is powered and can be opened remotely from the keychain or from a button inside the van.
- It has a compass/outdoor temp indicator. It also calculates estimated distance until the tank is empty, estimated fuel economy, etc.
- Rear wiper and defrost.
- Comes with original manual.
- Has 2 cigarette lighter receptacles in front, and 1 in the back.
- Front wheel drive, ABS, a/c, traction control, cruise, roof rack, factory theft deterrent system (coded key and flashing red light on dash), and has a panic button on keychain.
- It also has a built in air compressor in the cargo area - great for topping up the tires or pumping up kids' toys or bike tires. The compressor apparently auto-levels the van when carrying heavy loads.
- The tires are still good.
- The van has been regularly maintained (including $1,300 spent this past Fall - alignment, tire rotation, replaced bushings & tierods, brakes and front brake rotors done, wiring harness replaced, replace cracked plastic in wheelwell, 15 pt inspection) and regular oilchanges.
